< backMicrofinance Interest Rates Analyzed
Some of our donors have supported organizations such as Kiva that make international micro-loans to those who need a small amount of money to open or continue a business. There are currently over 1,000 microfinance companies that serve those in need in countries around the world.

Kiva’s response to this article can be viewed at www.kiva.org/blog/2010/04/15/new-york-times-article-on-microfinance.html.
