NJ Spotlight, a recipient of a grant from the Knight Foundation’s Community Information Challenge, is now providing an interactive on-line newspaper that features high-quality, in-depth journalism that encourages civic and community participation and provides an understanding of the vital issues affecting NJ today in education, the environment, and public finance.
